Order and payment procedure

• You select products on the website and add them to the cart. The system automatically calculates the order amount, or we send you an exact calculation manually after checking availability.
• After confirming the order amount, you make the payment using the selected method.
• Only after receiving payment do we start collecting your order.

Payment methods

1. Payment to account (PrivatBank or MonoBank)
   • After placing the order, we check its availability and send you the exact amount along with payment details (PrivatBank or MonoBank).
   • After crediting the funds to the account, we start collecting your order (processing time 1-3 business days).
   • After collecting the order, we provide a TTN number for tracking delivery.
2. Shipping by cash on delivery payment
   • Possible with a prepayment of 200 UAH.
   • The balance of the amount is paid upon receipt of the parcel at the office of «Nova Poshta» or «Ukrposhta».
     Please note:
   • An additional 20 UAH is paid for the cash on delivery service;
   • 2% of the order amount is paid to the transport company for the transfer of funds.
3. «Easy Return» Service (Nova Poshta)
   • You have the opportunity to try on the order at home. If the item does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it for free through the «Easy Return» service Nova Poshta.
   • After returning the goods, we provide a 100% refund.

Delivery

1. In Ukraine
   • Delivery is carried out via «Nova Poshta» and «Ukrposhta».
   • The cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume of the parcel (usually 50-100 UAH). The exact cost can be calculated on the website of the selected delivery service.
2. Abroad
   • Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of «Nova Poshta» or «Ukrposhta». The cost of delivery depends on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel.

Order processing times

• After receiving payment, the order is formed within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive a TTN number to track the delivery after collecting the order.

Important information

• To choose the right size, use the size chart indicated in the product description.
• The color of the product may differ slightly from the image due to the peculiarities of color reproduction on screens.
