We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, but if for any reason the product does not suit you, we are ready to offer an exchange or return in accordance with the rules of our online store.
Exchange and return conditions
- Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have retained their original appearance, labels, packaging and do not have traces of use (in particular, foreign smells of perfumes, washing powder, etc.).
- If the goods do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the cost.
Who pays the shipping costs?
- If the goods are defective, all costs for their return are paid by the Seller.
- If the reason for the return was other circumstances (for example, the goods did not fit size, color, etc.), transportation costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refund procedure
- Refunds are made within 10 business days from the moment we receive the returned goods.
Important notes
- Goods with discounts or purchased during promotions are not subject to return or exchange, except in cases where a defect is detected.
- Goods in the "perfume" and "underwear" categories are not subject to return or exchange, if they are of proper quality, in accordance with current legislation.
What does the law say?
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-ХІІ and Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, the following goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange include:
- perfume and cosmetic products;
- underwear;
- other goods specified in the list.
