1. General provisions
1.1. This public offer is an official offer of the online store INEDIT, hereinafter referred to as the – “Seller”, to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely through the online store www.inedit.ua, hereinafter referred to as the – “Agreement”.
1.2. The placement of this offer is a public offer to conclude a contract in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.3. Acceptance of the offer (full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract) is considered to have been made from the moment the Buyer places an order on the website and pays for the goods by any of the methods offered by the Seller.
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. This offer uses the following terms:
«Goods» – women's clothing, the assortment of which is presented on the website of the online store. «Buyer» – an individual who places an order and pays for goods through the website. «Order» – the Buyer's selection of goods from the offered assortment and their registration through the website's functionality. «Agreement» – an electronic agreement between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms of this public offer.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the selected goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer – to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this agreement.
3.2. This agreement regulates the sale of goods, including:
placing an order; paying for the order; delivering the goods to the Buyer.
4. Placing an order
4.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any goods available on the website and in stock.
4.2. In the event of the goods being unavailable, the Seller shall notify the Buyer by phone or e-mail. The Buyer may replace the goods, cancel the order or wait for delivery.
5. Payment
5.1. The Buyer may choose one of the following payment methods:
full prepayment to a card or account of an individual entrepreneur; cash on delivery with a prepayment of 200 UAH.
5.2. If funds are not received by the Seller's account within 3 business days, the order shall be canceled.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is carried out via «Nova Poshta» or «Ukrposhta».
6.2. Delivery is possible to the branch of the transport company or to the Buyer's door.
6.3. Accompanying documents are provided with the order in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
7. Return and exchange
7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, if they did not fit in size, color or other parameters.
7.2 The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer through the delivery services «Ukrposhta» or «Nova Poshta». At the same time, the Buyer can use the free service «Easy Return» from «Nova Poshta», the detailed terms of which are given on the company's official website.
7.3. When returning the goods, the payment for delivery to the Buyer is not refunded.
8. Rights and obligations of the parties
The Seller has the right:
change prices for goods; change the terms of delivery or payment with prior notification to the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right:
receive the ordered goods of proper quality; return or exchange the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract.
9. Responsibility of the parties
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for:
delay in delivery due to the fault of the transport company; minor deviations in the color of the goods due to the peculiarities of color reproduction of monitor screens.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data solely for the purpose of placing an order, delivery and mutual settlements.
10.2. The Seller guarantees non-disclosure of personal data to third parties, except for cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
11. Term of the Agreement
11.1. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places the order and is valid until the obligations of the parties are fully fulfilled.
